Do not microwave
Use your frozen baby food within 1 month to get the best nutritive benefits and due to the amount of water crystals that tent to build up with baby food purées. A cube is tiny and can dry out quickly. Once baby food has been thawed, do not refreeze again.
Warm food in a preheated oven or on the stove. Heat food till steaming hot all the way through. Make sure the food is cooled off by testing whether the food have reach temperature to feed your baby. If your finger can stand the heat, your baby food is ready to eat.
Do not reheat food more than once.
Heat frozen food directly from frozen.
Once baby food has thawed, do not refreeze again
Not recommend thawing in refrigerator (bacteria and nutrient lost)
